1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and j33 ("j33", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at j33.bio ("Platform"). By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the j33 Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use any j33 service.

j33 operates the Platform under an international gambling licence. These Terms are supplemented by the j33 Privacy Policy and the j33 Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional or game-specific rules published on the Platform, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by j33.

j33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Notice of material amendments will be posted on the Platform. Continued use of any j33 service following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

2. Eligibility

Use of the j33 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of j33.
• You must be legally permitted to access and use online gambling services under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence. j33 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to satisfy yourself that your access to and use of j33 complies with all applicable laws, including but not limited to the laws of Pakistan.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which j33 has determined, in its sole discretion, to block access to the Platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering for or using a j33 account.

j33 reserves the right to require proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence of eligibility within a reasonable time of request will result in account suspension pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of j33 services you must register a player account. When registering you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address where required.
• Maintain and promptly update your registration information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Register only one account on the j33 Platform. Maintaining more than one account — including accounts under different names or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and balance forfeiture.
• Not register an account if you have previously been suspended or excluded from j33 or if a self-exclusion is currently in force on your account.

j33 reserves the right to decline any registration application without explanation. Account registration does not constitute a guarantee of uninterrupted access to j33 services.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your j33 account credentials, including your password and any one-time verification codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.

j33 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You must notify j33 immediately via live support if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

j33 implements SSL/TLS encryption across the Platform, enforces session timeouts after periods of inactivity, and locks accounts following repeated failed login attempts as standard security measures. These measures do not transfer responsibility for credential security from the Player to j33.

5. Deposits

j33 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT (TRC20), Skrill, and Neteller. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 for JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions. Minimum deposit amounts for other methods are displayed in the j33 Cashier at the time of deposit.

j33 only accepts deposits from payment accounts or bank accounts registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating account. j33 does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.

Deposits are credited to your j33 account balance promptly upon confirmation of receipt. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant. Bank transfers may take up to one business day. j33 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply transaction charges which are outside j33's control.

j33 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds in connection with its anti-money laundering obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of withdrawal rights pending investigation.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. Where this is not possible, j33 will process withdrawals to an alternative method registered in the Player's own name.

All withdrawal requests are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. For first-time withdrawals, Players must provide a copy of their Pakistani CNIC and, where requested, proof of payment method ownership. KYC documents must be submitted through your j33 account dashboard. j33 will process KYC verification promptly; delays in submitting required documentation will delay withdrawal processing.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. j33 does not charge withdrawal fees. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to one business day. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 30 to 120 minutes subject to network conditions.

j33 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of account verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or any other circumstance in which j33 has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Sportsbook General Rules

All sports bets placed on j33 are settled in accordance with the official result published by the relevant governing body or, where no such body exists, j33's determination based on available evidence. j33's decision on all settlement disputes is final.

Bets are accepted and settled in PKR at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed, subject to the following exceptions: where odds are published in manifest error (for example, through a technical fault resulting in materially incorrect odds), j33 reserves the right to void affected bets at any time after placement.

7.2 Cricket Betting

Cricket bets on j33 are subject to official completion rules published on the Platform. For limited-overs matches, the minimum number of overs required for a match to be valid for settlement is specified per market type. Abandoned or weather-affected matches are settled in accordance with the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method result where applicable, or voided where no official result is declared.

7.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets on j33 close at the start of the relevant event or at such other time as j33 determines in its sole discretion. Bets inadvertently accepted after the designated close of an in-play market due to latency or technical issues may be voided by j33. In-play odds are subject to rapid change; bets are struck at the odds confirmed at the moment of acceptance, not the odds displayed at the time of submission where a delay exists.

8. Casino Games

All casino games available on j33 — including live dealer games, slots, video poker, and RNG table games — are operated by licensed third-party software providers. Each game is governed by the rules displayed within the game interface itself. In the event of a conflict between the game interface rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

j33 casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently audited by accredited testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate as certified. j33 does not modify game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a casino game, j33 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the Player. j33 will not pay out winnings arising from a game malfunction.

9. Bonuses & Promotions

All j33 bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible game types, and validity periods, published in the individual promotion terms at the time of each offer. General conditions applicable to all j33 promotions include:

• Bonuses are credited to your j33 account in PKR and are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the specific promotion terms before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• j33 bonuses may only be used by the eligible account holder. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts.
• j33 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to cancel bonus amounts and associated winnings from any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to use of automated tools, arbitrage, or the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion.
• Cash deposits and real-money balances are always processed for withdrawal prior to any bonus balance, in accordance with j33's bonus accounting methodology disclosed in the Cashier section of your account.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on j33 and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using the j33 Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity;
• Creating multiple accounts or using the identity of another person;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorised tools to interact with j33 services;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, whether on the j33 Platform or externally, to gain an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any j33 game or system;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing j33 staff or other Players;
• Any form of match manipulation or participation in an activity that constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law.

11. Responsible Gaming

j33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its Pakistani player base. j33 provides the following responsible gaming tools as standard features within every Player account:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps;
• Loss limits — j33 will decline deposits once a defined loss threshold is reached within a period;
• Session time limits — set a maximum session duration after which j33 will log you out;
• Reality checks — receive net win/loss summaries at intervals you define;
• Self-exclusion — suspend your j33 account for a defined period or permanently close it.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the j33 Platform — including but not limited to software, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, game interfaces, and the overall Platform design — is the intellectual property of j33 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or reverse-engineer any j33 content without prior written authorisation from j33.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, j33's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the j33 Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to j33 in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

j33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if j33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. j33 shall not be liable for losses arising from: force majeure events; interruptions to telecommunications or internet services; third-party payment processing delays; or any act or omission of a third-party software provider.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude j33's liability for fraud or for any other liability which cannot be excluded by applicable law.

14. Privacy

j33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using j33 you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. A copy of the current Privacy Policy is available at Privacy Policy.

15. Amendments to These Terms

j33 may amend these Terms at any time by publishing the updated version on the Platform. Where amendments are material, j33 will provide notice through the Platform's notification system or by email to your registered address. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the j33 Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using j33 services and may request account closure.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which j33 is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, save that j33 may seek injunctive or other interim relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
